For us, that starts with a bag of King Arthur Flour and our wild yeast sourdough starter. These are then hand-mixed to form anything from a classic sourdough to a sweet or savory sourdough. Each bread is lovingly and expertly crafted by hand; there are no shortcuts when it comes to our product. Our sourdoughs are considered a true sourdough, meaning that they rise for about 10-16 hours. In that time, the wheat pods break down far more than in other bread varieties or even a store-bought sourdough. Many with gluten intolerance will find that they can enjoy our sourdough, but as always, please use your own best judgement when considering any gut issues. We hope that when you take a bite of our bread, you can taste the love, care, and attention we put into each and every step of the process.
